Chouteau's Landing Neighborhoods
The first phase of Chouteau’s Landing is the redevelopment of Historic Fourth Street, a former 19th-century commercial district. Subsequent phases of the Chouteau’s Landing redevelopment project will reveal four additional neighborhoods.
The Chouteau's Landing Art Center will be situated on a campus at the northwestern corner of the development, with adjoining greenspace to complement the 122,000 of square foot building dedicated to boutique business, interactive art studios and classes, and event facilities. The Lombard Lofts neighborhood will be primarily residential with some ground-floor service-business amenities. The Chouteau Riverfront will be feature Class A office space and appealing art-filled green space. The Chouteau Square neighborhood will be a mixed-use area of residential and commercial spaces.
