Lombard Loft Distric

Following the redevelopment of Historic Fourth Street, the Chouteau's Landing district will be enhanced by the SoHo-inspired dwellings of the Lombard Loft District. Covering the bulk of four city blocks between Cedar and Lombard Streets, the engaging Lombard Loft District will introduce the first of several expansive, lush landscapes peppered with sculptural artworks and communal areas, such as a dog park.

The historic St. Mary of Victories church will remain a vital part of Chouteau's Landing. As the second oldest Roman Catholic church in St. Louis, this former home of worship and schooling will remain as a civic landmark building.
