Hundreds visited Chouteau’s Landing’s kick-off party - Chouteau’s Cho-Down. Eight national and local artists worked on murals that bring fresh life and vitality to Historic Fourth Street. Phil Jarvis also worked on an installation piece as local DJs and bands, such as Dogtown Allstars, played in the back ground. In the temporary gallery, 9-year-old Justice Binder impressed spectators with his artistic talent as he worked live.
