Chouteau’s Landing is a district located just three blocks south of Busch Stadium along the St. Louis Riverfront. Chouteau’s Landing is a 7-10-year redevelopment currently in progress. Highlights include development of The Artery, an interactive arts center that will include working artists’ studios, event facilities and boutique businesses and is scheduled to be housed in the Powell Square Building. The Chouteau’s Landing vision is art-centric and includes plans for greenspace peppered with sculpture. It is a place that will encourage the free exploration of creativity and ideas.
